For front-line doctors and civil servants and local authorities who have already been vaccinated against the first and second doses of Sinofam or Sinovacca, the boosting dose or the third dose must be accompanied by the following documents:

Covid-19 Vaccination Card

Identification card of civil servants or contracted officials

Khmer identity card or documents used to register for the first vaccination.
