On June 18, 2020, at 23:00 PM, the suspect arrested the woman and raped her until she passed away. It was not until November 17 that the police found him hiding in the forest in Angkor commune and arrested him and sent him to the Battambang Provincial Prosecutor's Office for legal action.
On November 17, 2020, at 5:55 PM, his police force executed the arrest warrant of Battambang Provincial Prosecutor Chheun Sophon, named Soth Vorn, male, 28 years old, resident of Phum North Hill, Ta Star commune, Sampov Loun district, Battambang province, went to the Battambang Provincial Prosecutor's Office, where the man was a suspect in the rape of a 35-year-old woman named Ch.N on the 18th. June 2020 was decided at 23:00.
Investigating this case, with the participation of the police of Sampov Loun district until collecting enough documents, the case was sent to the Battambang Provincial Prosecutor's Office. The suspect escaped from the base until only on November 17, 2020, the police found a hiding place in the forest and acted on the arrest warrant of the representative of the Battambang Provincial Prosecutor's Office.
On November 19, 2020, the specialized office sent the suspect to the Battambang Provincial Prosecutor's Office for legal action.
