Samdech continued that this is a time when Buddhists have the opportunity to perform meritorious deeds and meet relatives in nearby places, especially in pagodas.
"Let the authorities at all levels increase security, safety, public order, order and facilitate traffic to make it easier for people and tourists during the festival," he said. "Let the people continue to participate in preventing the spread of Covid-19 disease, and always implement the three measures of prevention and protection."
At the same time, the prince also wished his compatriots happiness and prosperity.
The couple reminded that the Kanben Festival 2021 will take place from the 1st of Roach to the 15th of Roach, from September 22 to October 5, 2021.
