Samdech Techo stated, "We do not prohibit the three-day leave of civil servants, as well as workers in the company who have been granted a leave of absence with a salary. You can travel to different places with health measures with that is also a way to open the opportunity for you to relax during this Pchum Ben.
At the same time, on the occasion of the three-day Pchum Ben holiday from October 5, 6 and 7, 2021, the Prime Minister encouraged people to travel to natural tourism resorts. Organized by the tourism community to let people know about Cambodia's ecotourism sites.
According to a report by the Ministry of Tourism, in the last three weeks, the momentum of tourists has been revived, especially in the coastal areas and ecotourism (eco-tourism). Figures recorded by the Ministry of Tourism show that in the first three weeks of September, Cambodia received 193,478 tourists, including 3,078 domestic foreigners.
