Poipet municipal authorities announced that 50-year-old Suor Nguon, a trader in Phsar Kandal village, Phsar Kandal commune, Poipet city, Banteay Meanchey province, died of Covid 19 at 1:30 pm on May 10.
The man had a fever and was admitted to Long Sothyrak Clinic on May 6, where he was given a serum and injections when he returned home at night and returned to the clinic in the morning.
On May 8, due to severe discomfort, he was transferred to a serum in the consultation room, where he was given half of the serum. Covid 19 was tested positive and spent the night in the hospital, then sent to the Cambodia-Japan Friendship Hospital in Mongkol Borei until 1:30 pm on May 10, the patient died.
