A total of 232 workers at the Star Master & Frank factory in Kandal province's Ang Snoul district were found to be infected with 19 Covid.
Due to the situation of the outbreak of Covid-19 disease has spread to the workers at the factory at 2 am on April 27, 2021, Mr. Kong Sophoan, Governor of Kandal Province led the force.
