The court also allowed judicial police officers to use public force to force the individual to appear for legal proceedings.

It should be noted that on December 2, 2020, the three scammers of the Lot Lot Air (BID) Company were ordered by Mr. Un Sovantheany, Deputy Prosecutor of Koh Kong Provincial Court to appear at the Provincial Prosecutor's Office Koh Kong before December 20, 2020 in connection with a case of fraud and breach of trust committed at a plot of land in Boeung Khun Chhang village, Sangkat Smach Meanchey, Khemarak Phoumin city, Koh Kong province during February 2020.
