Cambodian leaders suspend weddings in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap from today

Leading the Royal Government of Cambodia, Prime Minister Hun Sen issued an order to the governors of Phnom Penh and Siem Reap that many gatherings, both marriage and Meetings in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap are not allowed, but will be suspended for 15 days from December 1.

"According to the needs, there is a request from the Ministry of Health, as well as advice from the World Health Organization," he said. He demanded that we take additional measures in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, that is, to suspend crowded gatherings. Suspend meetings, including weddings, for 15 days from today, banning gatherings. Meetings must be adjourned.

If there is a marriage, ask for an apology by suspending the marriage for 15 days, which means that from this first day to the next December 15 or 16 and please implement immediately from the receipt of this order.

Therefore, please help spread the word widely from the media, I request the understanding and apathy of our people in the gathering However, it is not appropriate to suspend the meeting for 15 days, both for weddings, meetings and gatherings of more than 20 people. There is a meeting, but if the meeting is limited to 20 people, the gap measure must be implemented if it is unavoidable. But hopefully we can all do it.
