On January 7, 2020, a woman in Lake Worth, Florida, called police after hearing a woman screaming for help.
According to an elderly man, his pet parrot, Ramboo, yelled "help" and "let me go" while he was repairing his wife's car. About two minutes later, four police officers arrived and reported that a neighbor had reported a woman screaming for help from his home. He then went inside and brought out his parrot, which made the police laugh.
The man continued to say that his parrot was a long time ago, and he had been trained to speak those words.
After the confusion, the older man took his parrot to the neighbor's house and explained the whole story.
