Phnom Penh: A woman was detained by the police according to the arrest warrant of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court in connection with a case of breach of trust. The woman was arrested on the evening of July 31, 2020 at the PTT gas station on Russian Federation Road in Ta Nguon 1 village, Kakap 1 commune, Por Sen Chey district.
The suspect is Ear Sokchea, 36 years old, an accountant living at house No. 12A, Prey Pring South Village, Sangkat Choam Chao 3, Khan Por Sen Chey.
According to the police, the arrest of the above woman was in accordance with the arrest warrant No. 631 (B) D.C.N. dated 29 July 2020, issued by Mr. Hong Sokun Vathana, Trial Judge of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court. For violating the special trust by the governor or other persons committed from April 4, 2015 to November 10, 2016 at Lu Sida Enterprise (Cambodia) Enterprise, National Road 3, Prey Pring South Village, Sangkat Choam Chao 3 Khan Por Sen Chey.
After arresting the female suspect, the competent authorities have already sent the form to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court and handed it over to the judge for further proceedings.
