Anti-influenza techniques


 
1. Use essential oils from plants:

Apply 2 drops of Niaouli Antibacterial Oil and 3 drops of Eucalyptus Radiata Oil on a towel and inhale as needed.

2- Increase vitamin C intake:

In colder climates, dry air is more prone to colds. So turn to eating foods rich in vitamin C, especially oranges and kiwifruit, because it is a source of vitamins you need. Alternatively, vitamin C supplements can be used, up to 1000 mg per day in case of colds. Lemon juice mixed with honey with warm water is the most effective treatment. 4- Get plenty of sleep:
