1. Clear your mind

2. Go outside
We can go out into the open air to enjoy the scent of fresh air or to sit in the sunrise. According to study, going out helps us to have less energy, better memory and less anxiety. If we are in the city, sitting in the garden is a good choice.

3. Laugh
We can't stay sober enough to laugh, but we can read stories or watch funny videos. Laughter relieves stress and stimulates the heart, lungs and muscles. It also stimulates the brain to release endophins, a hormone that helps feel good.

4. Listen to our favorite songs

5. Meet friends
We can help friends chat in the cafeteria or have a family meal, chat. Communicating with other people is an enhancement of social interaction and it supports us. According to studies, good relationships are one way to make us happier.

6. Bend over
If at work we can take a little break and bend over the shoulders, hips, neck and neck. When we do this, it helps to reduce stress and send more blood to the muscles.
