According to the Thai Ministry of Health, 19,290 cases have been reported in the general population and 313 cases have been reported in prisons. In addition to new cases, 149 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours. Another 19,819 patients have just been released from the hospital after recovering.
To date, Thailand has recorded a total of 776,108 cases nationwide, with 6,353 deaths and 555,334 recurrences. As of this week, Thailand has vaccinated COVID-19 in a total of nearly 20 million doses, of which more than 4 million people (more than 6% of the total population) have received all doses.
