BANGKOK, Aug. 3 (Xinhua) - The Thai Ministry of Health on Tuesday reported 18,901 new cases of COVID-19 infection in the last 24 hours. According to a release by the Thai Bangkok Post.
According to the Thai Ministry of Health, of the 18,158 new cases reported in the general population and 743 in prisons. In addition to new cases, 147 patients were reported dead in the last 24 hours.
To date, Thailand has recorded a total of 652,185 cases nationwide, with 5,315 deaths and 437,831 recovering.
