The head of the World Health Organization (WHO) has called on everyone to fight Covid 19, warning that we may be tired of fighting this epidemic, but the virus does not bother us.
Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said it was important for people to be scientifically informed and prevent the virus from being ignored.
"We may be tired of Covid 19," he said. But it does not bore us. It occurs in people with poor health. "We can not negotiate with it and our only hope is to follow the science of finding solutions and solidarity."
His comments came after 19 cases of Covid have killed more than 4.04 million people and infected more than 187 million worldwide since it first appeared in China late last year.
