Russia evacuates more than 2,000 people after huge fire at arsenal

 Russian authorities evacuated about 2,300 people from villages in the Ryazan region on Wednesday, including five who were taken to hospitals after a fire broke out in a warehouse. Carry weapons that cause black smoke to fill the sky.
