Japan: On July 16, a balloon with a human head was launched into the air at the Tokyo Olympic Stadium, making people wonder and wonder who it is. Why so much surfing?
According to sources, the balloon is an art installation called "Masayume", which means "Dreams Come True" and is part of the Tokyo Festival Special 13. Akira Arakawa, along with two of her team, chose the face of one of 1,000 volunteers from around the world and spent three years creating the balloon.
However, the balloon above did not launch for a long time, ending on the 18th, and if the launch time these days is from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm only.
