India finds nearly 100,000 coronavirus-19 infected in 24 hours

 


As of Sept. 10, the Indian Ministry of Health had recorded nearly 100,000 new cases of coronavirus-19, bringing the total to more than 4.4 million cases in India. This is according to a quote from CNA.

Official figures from the Ministry of Health show that in the last 24 hours, there have been 95,735 new infections and 1,172 deaths, the highest daily death rate in more than a month. The death toll has risen to more than 75,000.

Infection cases in India rose sharply by more than any other country when the country reopened for the first time on Wednesday since the country closed. At the same time, the death rate is also higher than other countries, with an average of more than 1,000 deaths per day in the last two weeks.
