1. The mother is healthy
When a healthy mother has no worms, the baby is as healthy as ever and a pregnant woman must be. Be alert and have regular check-ups.
Things to do:
- Get regular check-ups at least 4 times
Take tetanus injection
Take at least 90 iron supplements
- Take insecticide or insecticide
Get enough rest
- Eat a variety of foods.
Things to avoid:
- Heavy work
Don't stress too much.
2. Adequate nutrition
During pregnancy, mothers need twice as much nutrition to feed themselves and their babies. In addition to eating a lot, moms also have to make healthy food choices.

- Eat 5 meals / day, 3 main meals and 2 snacks
Eat a variety of foods including fish, meat, eggs, vegetables
- Eat milk.
